Add Workflows to Knowledge Graph

Overview

Knowledge graphs organize information and workflows in a structured, interconnected format that powers advanced retrieval and question-answering capabilities. By adding workflows to your knowledge graph, you enable automation patterns and team collaboration scenarios (such as member invitations) to be indexed and discoverable within your knowledge base. This is particularly useful when you want to document operational processes, integrate team management tasks, or create a reference library of common workflows that your organization performs. Trybrowzer.com's knowledge graph feature allows you to curate and structure these workflows so they integrate seamlessly with your larger information architecture.

Before you begin

  • An active account on trybrowzer.com with permission to modify knowledge graphs
  • Access to the knowledge graph management interface (dashboard or admin panel)
  • At least one workflow template available to add (the system should have pre-built workflow options such as team member invitation workflows)

Step by step

1
ClickAdd to graph

Initiate the workflow addition process by clicking the 'Add to graph' button. This action opens the dialog or interface where you can select workflows to integrate into your knowledge graph.

Tip. This button typically appears in the knowledge graph management panel or the main dashboard. Look for it near workflow or integration options.
Step 1
2
Clickbutton

Click the confirmation or navigation button in the dialog that appears. This step advances you through the workflow selection interface and prepares the system to display available workflow categories.

Tip. This button may be labeled 'Next,' 'Continue,' or 'Browse,' depending on the current UI state. Hover over buttons to see their labels if the interface is unclear.
Step 2
3
ClickGroups

Navigate to the 'Groups' section by clicking the Groups button. This displays the available workflow categories or organizational groupings so you can select the appropriate category for your workflow.

Tip. Groups help organize workflows by function or team. For example, 'Team Management' or 'Operations' groups may contain different workflow templates. Explore multiple groups to find the right workflow for your use case.
Step 3
4
ClickAdds a new member to a team on trybrowzer.com by navigating to the Team section, clicking Invite Member, entering an email address, and sending the invitation.

Select the specific workflow you want to add to the knowledge graph—in this case, the team member invitation workflow. This workflow automates the process of adding a new member to a team by navigating to the Team section, clicking Invite Member, entering an email address, and sending the invitation.

Tip. Review the workflow description carefully to ensure it matches your intended use case. Some workflows may have prerequisites or configuration options that appear after selection.
Step 4

Confirm it worked

  1. 1The workflow appears in your knowledge graph with the correct group classification (e.g., under 'Groups')
  2. 2The workflow template is selectable and displays its configuration details (such as the team member invitation workflow parameters)
  3. 3No error messages appear during the add process, and the interface returns to the graph view showing the updated structure
