Share Documentation - Internally or Externally

Overview

TryBrowzer's AI-powered eyebrow analysis and shape recommendations are often collaborative—whether you're a professional artist sharing client results with team members, or an instructor distributing training materials to students. The share feature allows you to control who can access your documentation and analysis results. This workflow guides you through activating sharing and configuring visibility settings to grant internal or external access as needed. By making documentation shareable, you streamline communication and ensure the right stakeholders can reference the analysis and recommendations without needing individual TryBrowzer accounts.

Before you begin

  • A TryBrowzer account (free or professional tier) with active documentation or analysis to share
  • Access to the specific documentation or analysis result you wish to share
  • Browser with JavaScript enabled to interact with the share dialog and toggle controls

Step by step

1
ClickShare

Click the Share button to open the sharing dialog or panel. This initiates the sharing workflow and displays all available options for controlling who can access your documentation or analysis results.

Tip. The Share button is typically located in the top toolbar or action menu near your analysis results. Look for an icon resembling a link, arrow, or 'Share' text label.
Step 1
2
Clickbutton

Click the appropriate button to proceed with share configuration. This button may confirm the opening of advanced sharing options, initiate a step in the sharing wizard, or prepare the interface for access control settings.

Tip. If multiple buttons appear in the share dialog (e.g., 'Next', 'Continue', 'Options'), select the one that advances you toward access control settings. The active button is usually highlighted or in a contrasting color.
Step 2
3
Clickon

Toggle the access switch to the 'on' position to enable sharing. This activates the selected sharing mode—either internal (accessible to your team or organization) or external (accessible via a shareable link or public setting)—based on your TryBrowzer configuration.

Tip. The toggle switch typically changes color (e.g., gray to blue) and may display text such as 'on', 'enabled', or an icon when activated. Ensure the switch moves fully to the 'on' state before proceeding.
Step 3
4
Clickbutton

Click the final button to confirm and complete the sharing configuration. This button saves your share settings, generates a shareable link if applicable, or finalizes access permissions for internal or external recipients.

Tip. Look for a 'Done', 'Save', 'Share', or 'Confirm' button. Once clicked, you should see a confirmation message or the shareable link appear on screen. Copy the link immediately if one is generated, as it may not be easily retrievable later.
Warning. Ensure your sharing settings match your intended audience before confirming. Once sharing is enabled, the documentation may be accessible to the selected group without further approval steps.
Step 4

Confirm it worked

1. 1A share dialog or panel appears on screen after clicking the Share button, displaying sharing options and access controls
  2. 2The toggle switch is visible and in the 'on' position (typically shown in blue or with an active state), indicating that sharing is enabled
  3. 3A shareable link, invite option, or access confirmation message appears, confirming that the documentation is now accessible to the intended audience
  4. 4The interface confirms whether sharing is set to internal (team/organization only) or external (public/link-based access) based on the toggle state
